James Doyle heads the global debt capital markets practice at Hogan Lovells. He provides a wide spectrum of advice, primarily focusing on derivatives and structured finance. This includes assisting clients with sophisticated financial products, including securitised derivatives, repackagings, funding structures and associated regulatory advice. James works with financial institutions, government agencies, corporates, asset managers and funds across the world.
