Fabrice  Tomenko joined Clearstream Banking  in February 2008 where he is Senior Product Manager responsible for Clearstream domestic (CSD) and international (ICSD) Collateral Management Services which cover triparty collateral management and collateral management in-sourcing solutions.

Prior to this position, he was Head of Global Collateral Management Client Services Representatives and Operations Teams in Brussels, for The Bank of New York Mellon.  He holds a University degree in Economics specialized in Business Management from University of Mons-Hainaut Belgium.
