Tom is a managing principal at Capco and an experienced programme and project manager who led various initiatives in capital markets and investment management environments focusing on the complete securities value chain from a business as well as an IT point of view.

He has strong experience in post merger integration, cash & derivatives products as well as data management. Recent projects included the IT integration of the investment banking activities of two merged German banks as well as helping clients to understand and integrate OTC CCP requirements from a Dodd-Frank and EMIR perspective.

Tom has worked with sell side as well as buy side clients helping them to increase efficiency and effectiveness in their process and IT environments. Tom is a 13-year veteran of the consulting industry having worked with KPMG Consulting, BearingPoint and Wepex before joining Capco.
