Sandy McFadzean is a Senior Consultant within Catalyst’s Clearing Practice. His focus is OTC Derivatives Risk, Regulation and Central  Counterparty Clearing. He is experienced leading teams delivering front to back business strategy, operating model and technology integration projects for organisations like LCH.Clearnet, Citi and Credit Suisse. He has also worked with ISDA and been involved in industry working groups for OTC Derivatives issues.

Sandy joined Catalyst in June 2012 from Deloitte and previously worked for Morgan Stanley. Prior to his financial service career Sandy served a Short Service Commission in the Parachute Regiment. He holds an MA from Cambridge University.
