Rachel Woolf is Head of Leadership & Development at Catalyst. Over her career, she has designed and delivered the leadership programmes for a significant range of Capital Markets clients including Barclays Capital, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, CFSB, and RaboBank as well as best in breed programmes for high performing consumer facing brands such as Tescos.  A world champion medallist GB rower and 2012 Olympic ‘games maker’, Rachel brings her high performance sport and coaching expertise to bear throughout Catalyst’s programmes.
