Since founding Blayney Personnel in 2003, he has covered mainly Operations staff hiring for Investment banks and buy side firms, from clerk level through to global heads across BAU and Change management functions. He has also indirectly supplied the banks through the supply to the consultancy industry for both operational and paralegal staff.
