Jeff Steiner
Jeffrey Steiner is counsel in the Washington, DC office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the firm’s Corporate Transactions, Financial Institutions, Public Policy and Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance practice groups. His practice focuses on assisting clients with navigating through the regulations resulting from the Dodd-Frank Act and with matters related to derivatives, the Commodity Exchange Act and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Mr. Steiner represents industry groups and individual clients on a variety of regulatory, policy and transactional issues related to derivatives, commodities and securities.
