Donna Bales frequently writes on the international developments of the OTC Derivative Reforms. She led the product development efforts of Markit BOAT, a trade repository established by the industry to meet the requirements for trade reporting OTC equities under MiFID and she is advising IIROC on their debt transaction reporting rule 2800C. Donna currently works with the market participants and regulators in Canada on regulatory reform and the management of systemic risk.
