Ciaran is Country Manager for the USA, based in our New York office. He is an expert in capital markets technology with over 25 years of experience gained at some of the world's top investment banks. Under Ciaran's leadership, Rule Financial has established a strong presence in the USA and is leading the strategic development of our client service. Previously, Ciaran was a founding partner of New Quest Solutions LLC, a technology and capital markets consultancy based in New York and Connecticut. He has also served as Managing Director at Merrill Lynch and Chief Technology Officer for the Fixed Income business.
