The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s (Commission or CFTC) Division of Swap Dealer and Intermediary Oversight (DSIO) issued a notice today to provide market participants with additional guidance regarding the procedures for submitting to the Commission the notices and reports required under new and amended regulations the Commission adopted November 1, 2013.
