Market participants to leverage Connexus to trade cleared interest rate derivatives
IPC Systems, Inc., a leading provider of voice and electronic trading communications solutions to the world’s top financial services firms has announced that they have added Eris Exchange, a U.S.-based futures exchange, to IPC’s Connexus Financial Extranet service.
Eris Exchange is a leading, open access futures exchange for interest rate risk management, offering forward starting and spot starting interest rate swap futures contracts. Eris Exchange provides the flexibility of over-the-counter interest rate swaps with the risk mitigation of CME Clearing, offering participants cleared swap futures. Using IPC’s Connexus, market participants will experience flexible, reliable and secure connectivity to the Eris SwapBookTM electronic trading platform.
