CDO Software, a leading provider of CDO portfolio management tools, today announced that they have expanded into the CLO market and signed up structured finance asset management company, Pearl Diver Capital, LLP. The investment firm will be using the CLO module within the CDO Director™ platform to efficiently manage their CLO funds.
London based Pearl Diver Capital is a growing asset management company who primarily invest in Leveraged Loan and Corporate Credit backed structured products.
