London, 26 March 2025 – Kaizen, a leading provider of regulatory compliance solutions for global financial institutions, is delighted to announce the appointment of Kathy Perrotte and Mark Husler to its Board as non-executive directors.

And this Board involvement is a terrific opportunity to work with Dario and the Kaizen team and partner with Guidepost Growth Equity again.”
Mark Husler commented: “Having spent more than 25 years in financial services, I’ve witnessed firsthand how regulatory technology has evolved. What impressed me most about Kaizen is its unique combination of deep regulatory expertise and market leading regulatory compliance solutions. I’m excited to join at this pivotal moment and leverage my experience across the FinTech and RegTech ecosystems to help drive the company’s next phase of innovation and growth.”
