ISDA has published a whitepaper in response to the European Commission’s (EC) proposals for the reform of the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR). The paper welcomes the EC’s proposals, and suggests further changes that could be made to reduce risk and ease the burdens placed on small- and medium-sized market participants.
