ISDA’s first Annual Legal Forum is a major new conference that will spend a full day focusing on key current legal issues. The first part of the conference will consist of a senior keynote speaker and two plenary panel sessions with senior panellists that will set up the key issues in their broader legal and regulatory context. One plenary session will focus on aspects of clearing and the other will address the other G20 commitments as well as benchmarks. The afternoon’s breakout sessions will go into more detail on individual topics, and participants will be able to select the topics that are of most interest to them.
