The Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) and the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) released today a consultative document on Criteria for identifying simple, transparent and comparable securitisations. The framework is available on the websites of the Bank for International Settlementsand IOSCO.
