Integration of AcadiaSoft’s MarginSphere® with Broadridge’s CollateralProTM to Streamline Processing of Margin Calls
Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR), has enhanced its CollateralProTM solution through a new partnership with AcadiaSoft, a company that enables automatic communication and processing of margin calls for collateral management. Under the agreement AcadiaSoft’s MarginSphere® service has been seamlessly integrated with CollateralPro, which is offered to financial institutions as an in-house or Broadridge-hosted solution.
MarginSphere® is a margin confirmation community that streamlines communications between counterparties engaged in collateral management. It is the result of a collaboration between AcadiaSoft and several leading financial institutions.
