Trade reporting is an integral part of both EMIR and Dodd-Frank but compliance with this regulatory requirement is complicated as firms have to juggle different deadlines, variations of requirements based on jurisdiction and of course operational challenges.
In a webinar, a panel will review the practical challenges financial institutions face as they prepare to report swap transactions to trade repositories as required under both Dodd-Frank and EMIR. The panel will discuss the impact swaps data reporting will have on workflow and identify the key questions and challenges financial institutions must contend with to comply with these new regulatory reporting requirements.
