The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (Commission) today issued final Interpretative Guidance to, under certain circumstances, exempt foreign regulators from the indemnification and confidentiality provisions in the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Dodd-Frank Act).
