FinAnalytica, the leading provider of multi-asset class, predictive performance analytics to investment managers, announced today the launch of Cognity Managed Services, extending their hosted Cognity ASP risk management and portfolio construction platform to include customized managed services, such as full data management, portfolio analytics, reporting and consulting. Buy-side clients will now have access to an expanded list of tailored risk solutions and a suite of outsourced services, ranging from selected data management and analytical tasks to full day-to-day turnkey risk operations.
Focusing on hedge funds, pension funds, endowments and other institutional investors, Cognity Managed Services shifts the requirement for day-to-day production and operations to a deep and dedicated team of professionals. The operational burden and costs related to infrastructure, software, data management, analytics and reporting is delivered via software-as-a-service (SaaS) infrastructure. Cognity Managed Services suite includes:
– Market data sourcing, including day-to-day production management and control
– Technical integration of client positions, holdings, and qualitative data from administrators, custodians and internal systems
– Quality controlled production with predefined service level agreements that incorporate industry and clients best practice requirements, data quality control notifications and problem resolution
– Daily risk analytics, including portfolio to enterprise analysis
– Customized reporting via Web portals with ad-hoc analytic capabilities or through delivery of print-ready reports
