Rule Financial, the leading independent provider of advisory, business consulting, IT and software services to the investment banking community today announces that it has appointed Marina Potok, who joins the rapidly growing consultancy to provide business advice to clients as a specialist in OTC, structured and securitised products.
Reporting into Jim Warburton and based in the London office, Potok joins Rule Financial with seventeen years of experience working in OTC, structured and securitised products for a number of the world’s leading investment banks.
Most recently with UBS, Potok held the position of executive director, global head of structured rates middle office. Prior to joining UBS, Potok spent three years with JP Morgan Chase in New York, working as a business analyst and project manager in a variety of derivatives operations areas.
She also has nine years of experience of working in fixed income derivatives operations in New York, where she worked for both Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch.
