The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, July 10, 2012, at 9:30 a.m., to consider two Final Rules and a Proposed Rule related to the defintion of swap and security-based swap and more, as well as end-user exception for clearing requirements and a proposed rule related to clearing exception for specific swaps entered into by Cooperatives.
