Following the global financial crisis, global and Asian regulators are increasing their focus on the operational and counterparty risk associated with OTC derivatives. Whilst there has been much focus on developments in the US and Europe, many Asian regulators have been forging ahead with measures to manage the OTC market, creating a challenging and complex operating environment. OTC Derivatives Operations Asia will be the first congress of its kind in the region to delve into the challenges of running an effective OTC back office in Asia.
