As many of you know, the Operations Management Group ("OMG") which comprises dealer firms, buy-side institutions and industry trade associations issued a letter to the FED in March 2008 committing that by the end of 2008, Novations requests must be submitted via an electronic platform and not via email. We are reaching out to all of our clients to assist and ensure that they make this commitment by the Dec. 31, 2008 deadline.
Processing Novations on the T-Zero platform will allow you to meet the FED commitment.
