Company History:

Allustra was formed in January 2001 by a core team of principals and key technologists.

All had worked together over the previous three years and created Allustra especially to meet the pressing demands for new systems solutions for collateral management. The result - Kyros - while being very simple to use, utilises the very latest technologies and offers the greatest functional diversity and levels of sophistication.

In 2003, prior to the formal launch of Kyros in Q3 2004, Allustra appointed a leading figure in the field of collateral management as its Business Development Director.

Whilst the company has grown steadily, the core management team has been constant throughout and remains totally committed to its original aim, to become the preferred global supplier of collateral management solutions to financial institutions. Allustra was acquired by Omgeo in late 2008.
